Our Story:

The SCAPRO Band was developed with over 10 years of MLB Strength and Conditioning experience working with professional baseball athletes. Its goal is to improve shoulder and elbow health while enhancing performance. Its unique, patent-pending design optimally loads the Rotator Cuff and Scapular musculature, improving stability, endurance, force, power, and scapular movement efficiency while simultaneously reducing injury risk and boosting performance.

Over the course of my MLB Strength and Conditioning career I have seen many young arms fall to injuries due to insufficiencies in shoulder complex strength and movement patterns. SCAPRO Band was developed to bridge the gap between scapular and rotator cuff health and performance and their working relationship.
