SCAPRO Band: Built on 10+ Years of MLB Experience

Developed through over a decade of Major League Baseball Strength and Conditioning expertise, the SCAPRO Band is engineered to enhance shoulder and elbow health while optimizing athletic performance. Its unique, patent-pending design precisely targets the rotator cuff and scapular muscles to improve joint stability, muscular endurance, force production, power output, and scapular movement efficiency—all while significantly reducing the risk of injury.

Throughout my career working with professional pitchers and position players, I’ve witnessed far too many young athletes sidelined by preventable shoulder and elbow injuries. These often stem from deficits in scapular control and rotator cuff strength. The SCAPRO Band was created to bridge the critical gap between shoulder health and performance—helping athletes develop stronger, more resilient movement patterns that hold up under the demands of competition.
